Jangareddygudem (occasionally seen as JRG) refers to a town in the West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh, India. One of the economic centers of the district, it is a Revenue division (Revenue division of its district), JRG currently contains 21 village councils (panchayats).
It is surrounded on three sides by rivers, and on the last by hills. The average elevation in the town is 74 meters above sea level (246 ft).
Jangareddygudem is coarsely divided into several areas: the Masjid Center, Ganganama Gudi Centre, JP Centre, Bose Bomma Centre, Old Bus Stand Centre, Bhagath Singh Centre, College Centre, Rajula Colony, Subbareddy Colony, Sai Krishna Nagar, Rama Chandra Puram, Markandeya Puram, Subbampet, Gowri Sankar Puram, Buttaigudem Center and Vijya Lakshmi Colony,Uppalmetta.
